hmm back from the expedition to trengganu which is on 1st to 6th of june.. it was a fun n enriching experience..

Day 1
In the morn some j2s and gina sent us off from ajc.. lol n well most of the dae was spent on travelling on the bus.. wif a few stops here n there in malaysia... den reached the base camp at ard 7 plus 8 plus i tink... set up our own beds in the long house.. had our nite walk... basically it comprises of 2 sections.. the first is group nite walk where they choose 2 of our weakest head torches n we had to walk in one line.. following the lightsticks they put on the trees.. sometimes its quite diff to find the lightsticks.. lol saw a few fireflies.. n well almost all of us had bloody leeches on our legs... its disgusting as u can feel sth crawling up ur legs n at fiz i didnt noe there will be leeches so well when its itchy the natural reaction will be to scratch rite? thats wat i do n i felt sth soft n spongy... eeeks yucks man.. well enuff bout leeches.. we gathered at 1 point n den the second section which is solo nite walk begin.. no headtorches.. n one by one we haf to walk along a straight path to our base camp... i keep hearing talking n footsteps behind me.. zzz lol but its quite interesting n hmm at least we experience leech bites.. haha

Day 2
first we had our wet run at kayaking where we had to try capsizing.. lol its a fiz time for me.. sighs i lost my grip on the paddle when we capsize.. it floated to allister's side... hmm lata we started to trek n gt to waterfall.. its magnificent n the water there is good... y doesnt singapore haf waterfalls?? its simply magestic la.. stood in awe of it la.. we filled up our bottles there.. hm during the trek.. it started raining.. well n we gt drenched.. hmm gt to a campsite n we set up our tents there.. food com ppl prepare our dinner - its beehoon wif ham carrots.. honestly its delicious la.. den well lata gt sentry duty lol.. n tata

Day 3
we started trekking again n well hmm the summit we ascend to is simply simply disappointing...its like a platform surrounded by trees? n its quite small.. n well couldnt even see the awesome view tat a successful summit boosts of.. disappointed la... we gt caught in a thunderous downpour.. its like thunderstorm la.. gt lightning.. den its raining cats n dogs.. heavier than the one in dae 2.. much much heavier.. gt 1 part.. hmm wrong way. so we had to backtrack to another path.. i tink.. den is like its gg to be dark soon.. we took out our headtorches n hurried our way back to the camp... quite a no. gt sick.. veron gt hypothermia.. den lata diana nearly gt fever.. dawn a bit headache.. lol stayed inside tent.. den after all that me n yurong lata go out of the tent n blast its cold.. we were both like shivering la.. so changed into dry clothes.. its an unforgettable experience - trekking during thunderstorm.. woo..

Day 4
we didnt watch sunrise =(...descend cemerong n got back to where our bus is.. lol den gt transported to lunch site n off we go~ river expedition! kayak till a beach where we set up our camp there.. lol the stars are damn beautiful la.. a sight to remember... haha helped in the cutting of food, cooking of food, peeling blah blah lol quite fun haha we even bbq marshmellows haha n well.. hmm civilisation is a bit foreign.. lol shitted n peed in places.. shall nt elaborate on more haha.. those who went into the forest to dig toilet n carry stuff ended up wif leeches on their legs yet again.. yucks haha

Day 5
lunch kayaks again n journeyed back to base camp.. haha all in all travelled ard 42 km i tink reached camp den we washed all the equipments including tents.. lay out our shoes to dry.. den hmm finally gt chance to haf a proper bath.. lol after tat we went to the night market.. lol n i gt a blue balloon for sg .. n some other things.. haha

Day 6
pack up.. n went shopping.. after that travelling all the way onli to stop for dinner lol den back to singapore..

Overall, i felt that this expedition is realli very meaningful.. learnt a lot from this trip.. n well it sorta bond us together more ba... hmm i learnt new things bout the ppl in 24th comm n my opinions of some changed to a better.. .while for 1 its change to worse la..i shall nt name who but i tink most will noe... lol ajc rox la... well i realli realli love odac esp 24th comm!! its being wonderful hanging out wif u all n kudos to odac 24th comm!! haha

hmm on 8th n 9th had 1 star kayaking.. lol its quite tiring but fun.. made 2 new friends - joy n rachel lol.. well hmm meihui gt sick on 8th nite thus cant make it for 9th lesson =(( the others are all 1 star kayakers le woohooo =D lol shld haf seen vivian n kakei on the 9th.. they are like si dui tou so funny la... everyone is like so dark nw... n tired of course haha.. but thx to mr chin n jingxin for coaching us =D

n nw.. back to studies.. honestly gg die le la.. haf nt started in hw or revision.. onli 2 weeks left omg... still in mood to slp blah blah i shalll strive hard... i dun wanna fail my mid yr!!! argg
